What
to
wear |
Ideally
a crop, or tank top or close-fitting shirt that allows you (and
me) to see your movements; a leotard is okay too. On the bottom,
leggings with a hip scarf or a loose skirt. Both leggings and skirt
are recommended if you are to stretch properly. Most often we like
to dance barefoot, but flexible-soled dance shoes are another option.
Dress for comfort and freedom of movement, and feel free to decorate
yourself if it helps get you in the mood to dance. Bring a large scarf to wrap around your hips. |
|
Please
Note |
All
Classes include warm-up, isolations, combinations, layering of steps.
Some classes may include choreography for group performance opportunities.
All performance is optional. Please check with your doctor if you
have any medical or structural problems which could be aggravated
by moderate exercise. |
